Board of Directors

William J. Nance has been a director of our Company since October 2005 and is currently the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Nance is a Certified Public Accountant and private consultant to the real estate and banking industries. He is also President of Century Plaza Printers, Inc. Mr. Nance is also a Director of Intergroup Corporation, Santa Fe and Portsmouth.

Robert T. Faber has been a director of our company since January 18, 2008. Mr. Faber has served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2004 and Chief Financial Officer since June 2003.

Scott Jolcover has been a director of our company since January 18, 2008. Mr. Jolcover has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, including management positions with various mining operations in the Comstock Lode District of Nevada. Mr. Jolcover a resident of Carson City Nevada brings to the Board a wealth of practical and historical information about mining in general and mining in the Comstock Lode in particular.
